Our address is 308 East Main St. right where East Main becomes Los Gatos Blvd. We are a minute south after exiting on the East Los Gatos Exit from Highway 17 and just two blocks past Los Gatos High School when coming from town. The salon and generous city parking are at the corner of East Main St. and Alpine Rd.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Mr. Daniell's business is appointment-based. It only works when appointments are kept. When you schedule an appointment with Bill, he must make sure that he is there for you. We ask that you extend the same courtesy to him.
We do realize that occasionally, "real life" intrudes on previously-laid plans. For that reason, it is Bill's policy to give each client a "second chance" the first time they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
However the second time a client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, we must charge for the missed appointment at the time of their next appointment.
If you'd like to re-schedule a confirmed appointment just let me know with at least 24 hours notice by calling 408.354.9308. That way we can rearrange Bill's schedule and schedule another client.
